PALS STRUCTURE

In a short period, PALS has developed a curriculum that is designed to meet the technical, physical, intellectual, social, gender, and emotional soccer needs of young players. Great emphasis is put on first touch and ball mastery.

Although the program is high intensity training sessions, players are encouraged to express themselves creatively and learn through playing, training and having fun with their friends.

Every PALS training session is a planned practice with PALS training staff following a lesson plan that’s part of an International, unified curriculum. Every PALS staff member is trained in the PALS method and is a highly qualified, experienced professional teacher who holds advanced licenses and diplomas and have the expertise, desire, ability and knowledge to train, develop and motivate young players.

Every PALS player across the world follows the same program.
