ABOUT PALS

The Play and Learn Soccer Academy provides a new and exciting approach to teaching, providing young talented soccer players the opportunity to receive high quality technical training during the key development ages of 6 through 18.

Our objective and commitment is to provide the highest quality, professional technical training, using a unique method devised by PALS, that allows young players to improve performance by creating a positive training environment in which developmentally appropriate activities are taught and practiced in a challenging and fun way.

Our History

The PALS method of youth soccer development was designed and developed by PALS Founder and International Director Phil Rose. Launched in 2005, the method is based on the following:

After 15 years of traveling the world, training soccer players of all abilities, PALS founder Phil Rose designed the PALS program modeled on the Youth Development programs and training models of the world’s top soccer clubs and professional players.

The program is designed to keep the players stimulated and engaged in creative activity.

In order to become better, young players have to practice, through repetition, ball mastery skills that enable them to play smart soccer. The PALS program is committed to training players, presenting them with challenges that mirror "the real game".
