The PALS program offers a new and exciting opportunity for young soccer players to develop their talents and skills. We are America's best soccer training organization with a proven teaching method. Founded in 2005 with just a handful of players, we have quickly grown to over 700 players strong.

Our Mission

The purpose of Play and Learn Soccer (PALS) is to provide young, developing soccer players with the best possible technical training and playing environment necessary to reach the highest possible level of play.

Our Philosophy

We believe that players must be allowed to express themselves creatively in order to turn promise into success. We at PALS  feel this can only be achieved by players developing technical skills in order to improve performance.

By allowing players to develop at their own pace, in a positive training environment, using a structured method of teaching, in progressive manner, will result in increased performance. We understand that development cannot be forced, it must be nurtured. This can only be achieved by giving young players the opportunity to train in the correct environment and by players who have a desire to work and improve their performance.

The PALS program empowers young soccer players by allowing ‘discovery through creative play’. PALS promotes the concept of “the game belongs to the players”.

The Training Model

The PALS player development model and training method builds on the models adopted by the world’s leading soccer clubs and players.

PALS utilizes a training model where the emphasis is on fundamental technical skills and small group play. The training model designed by PALS will allow players to progressively improve foundational technical skills through discovery and creative, inventive and innovative activities, taught by highly experienced, expert soccer teachers, in a high intensity, challenging way.

The PALS method of player development motivates, stimulates, inspires and engages young players who have the desire to train in order to improve.
